A pretty gold plated necklace with a tiny vintage cameo and embossed heart locket.

The cameo is brass with a coral lucite stone and the heart is brass with an incised flower pattern. The heart measures approximately 12 mm by 12 mm and the chain is 46 cms (18 inches) long.
