Everything is priced in Pounds Sterling (GBP), if you want to know about current exchange rates you can visit www.xe.com or contact your bank.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within the UK costs:
Standard (1st Class) - Free
Express (Special Delivery) £5.50
Delivery outside of the UK costs:
Europe - Free (Airmail) or £6.00 (International Signed For)
Rest Of World - Free (Airmail) or £8.00 (International Signed For)
How will my order be delivered?
UK
All of our mail is sent through Royal Mail either Special Delivery, 1st Class Recorded or 1st Class mail.
Rest Of World
All our mail is dispatched using Royal Mail. If you require a tracking number for your order please choose International Signed For as your delivery option when checking out.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK
All orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched on the same day unless otherwise noted at checkout. Special Delivery orders should be delivered by 1pm on the following working day and will require a signature on receipt.
Please note that occasionally things may happen which are out of our control which cause your order to be delayed, in the past deliveries have been affected by bad weather and volcanic ash clouds.
Rest Of World
Orders are usually delivered within 5 - 10 days, but sometimes can take longer. Your order may be subject to taxes and other charges upon entering your country and these are your responsibility to pay.
Will my delivery require a signature?
Your order may require a signature on delivery. We can send your order to an alternative address such as a work address if you will not be able to sign for it at home.
Returns
What is your Returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your goodies, so if you have any problems or questions upon receiving your order please contact us so we can help.
We offer a no quibble refund policy on any unworn/unused items returned in their original condition within 14 days. All you need to do is post the item(s) back to us along with the invoice (or note of name/address/invoice number) and we will refund you asap. We are afraid this policy doesn't extend to earrings for hygene reasons.
Returned items are the customers responsibility until we receive them and we recommend returning them by registered delivery.
Hannah Zakari will refund postage costs on faulty items only.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method, e.g. to the Credit Card or PayPal account you originaly paid with.

Can I return my item to the shop?
You can return items ordered online to our shop but they will be refunded via our internet payment system and you will be sent email confirmation of the refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
How long will my refund take?
We will process any refunds within 7 days of us receiving the returned items.
Will you refund my postage?
We only refund postage for faulty items.
